We currently collect and process the following information:

·             If an order is placed on our website we will collect your email address, postal address, contact details and payment information in order to process your order and deliver it to your address.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

·             If you place an order for one of our products

·             If you complete a contact form to be contacted by a member of our team.

We use the information that you have given us in order to process our orders and communicate with you for marketing purposes.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored within our website database and sometimes on Le lune company spreadsheets that can only be accessed by senior staff.

We keep your address and contact details for 90 days from the time an order is placed on our website, this is incase you want to contact us or return an item. We will then dispose your information by deleting your contact details from our database.

Marketing communications

We will store your email address and name on our email database until you unsubscribe from our marketing emails or change your preferences.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
